We receive many enquiries every day and have robust systems in place to ensure that each and every enquiry is attended to promptly and efficiently. Our Office Manger Gay Mayes or our Office Administrator Victoria Armsden will allocate each enquiry to one of our Contract Managers / Estimators. All our Estimators / Contract Mangers have years of experience and a wealth of knowledge of the flooring industry. They will talk to you about your project to get a clear understanding of what you want to achieve and if necessary recommend suitable products. Where required we can provide floor samples so you can choose the colours and design that you want. Once we have all the details of your project they will be able to prepare a competitive estimate for you. Before we commence any flooring installation the Contracts Manager will visit the site to carry out a site survey. They will inspect the floor where the new floor coverings are to be installed and carry out tests on the sub floor to ensure that we deliver a first class installation you will be proud of and that will last for years. Once instructed our highly skilled fitters will be given all the information they need to carry out the installation. Once complete all waste materials will be cleared from site and the new floor coverings inspected. The Contracts Manager will oversee the entire project keeping you informed throughout the process.
