A history of growth from a family run business

Established in 1961 by the late Douglas Bradbury, grandfather to the current Managing  Director Mr Robert Watkins, Bradbury Flooring has a reputation for quality workmanship and customer service, all being delivered at a competitive price.

Bradbury Flooring have established key accounts for well-known high street names such as Shoe Zone, Kurt Geiger, Arnold Clark and Wetherspoons as well as some long standing local organisations.

Established

After working with Dunlop Flooring Division the late Douglas Bradbury used his experience and expertise to start his own business at his home in South Croxton, Leicestershire.

Moved Premises

Bradbury Flooring moved to Oliver Road, Leicester

Roberts Watkins joined the company

Grandson Robert Watkins came over from the Birmingham area to assist in running the business

Another family member joins the company

Gay Mayes (daughter) joins the company

Moved to larger premises

Bradbury Flooring moves to Carlisle Street

Family members join the firm

Two of Mr Bradbury’s daughters are working for the organisation, Gail Mayes (Office Manager) and Rosemary Watkins (Admin Assistant) along with another grandson James Watkins (Accounts).

Bradbury Flooring rebrand

Created the new brand for Bradbury flooring.

Senior Contract Manager

Expanding Bradbury Flooring welcomes Ian Kirk as our Senior Contracts Manager
