Gay Mayes

Gay says she ‘just’ does day-to-day office duties… The rest of us say nothing would happen without Gay. She keeps the office working like clockwork. Keeps the team organised. And, we admit, can also making a cracking cup of tea, but that’s by the by. Gay joined the company in 1997 and has been the glue that’s held us all together since then.

Out of work, Gay’s passion is art and painting, and she’s a huge fan of David Hockney. She also appreciates the great outdoors through gardening, wildlife, and a spot of clay pigeon shooting when she gets a chance. She’s not fond of rude people or olives… we don’t think the two are linked.

Gay’s favourite flooring: Westex Ultima Twist Carpet – Colour: Dolphin (but that’s only because she chose it for her own house because it wears well looks great!)
